Yes, we now allow customers with a working service to request a change to your regular monthly date.
To request a change to your monthly bill date, please contact us. Please note, you can only do this once per month, your account must be up to date and all payments due paid or under direct debit collection. When you make a change to your bill date, we will generate a catch-up bill to part-bill from the end of the current billing period to your new requested bill date.
