If you are having any issues with the eero mobile app, we recommend trying the following:
- Make sure your mobile device is connected to the Internet. Check to see whether your cellular data is enabled and working, or connect to a hotspot or Wi-Fi network, if available
- Close your eero app and reopen it
- Next try logging out of your eero account and logging back in
- If closing and relaunching the app, and signing out and back in don’t work, it’s time for more drastic measures! Try uninstalling the eero app and reinstalling it. This will ensure you have the most up-to-date version of the app available
- As a last resort, try turning your phone off and turning it back on
