Current customers have been provided with excellent Wi-Fi 6 capable gateways. Our intent over time is to supply the majority of Giganet customers with eero gateways, where suitable.
In the short term, we understand that customer needs change. You might need improved or additional coverage in your home or have service issues. eero will form part of the options that Giganet will be able to provide to support continuing to deliver a great Wi-Fi experience for existing customers.
In the medium term, we will review customer connectivity needs and if necessary, at the point of renewal, provide customers with eeros to replace previous gateway solutions.
