Fibre to the Premise (FTTP) is a brand new infrastructure, so we don’t touch your current connection at all.
This means that it is your responsibility to cancel your current contract. Due to customer confidentiality, we are unable to do this for you. It also means that in most cases, you can run both your old and new broadband services at the same time.
We strongly recommend that you overlap your services by a few weeks, to allow for any unforeseen delays which can sometimes occur when building this new infrastructure.
