What if I can’t pay my bill on time?

If you are struggling to pay your bill on time, we can help by giving you some extra time to pay.

Simply contact us either via email at service@giganet.uk or via telephone on 0330 333 3006 and a friendly member of our Customer Service team will be able to set up a payment extension for you. Please note, we can only extent your payment period by a maximum of 3 weeks.
