We are not able to buy out the remainder of your existing broadband contract with another provider.
You will need to cancel with your existing provider yourself, and take out your new contract with us. The good news is, that if you already have a copper connection (FTTP / Fibre To The Cabinet) or a coax connection (like Virgin Media) then you can run both services at once, if you’re very keen to start benefitting from full fibre. Alternatively, you can wait until your existing contract finishes and then begin your service with us. It’s worth noting that we do recommend you overlap services, just in case of any unforeseen delays getting you connected to full fibre. This will make sure you have no downtime during your switching process.
