We work in a threatening cyber environment, with viruses and malware posing an everyday risk. Our support and maintenance services include software patches and firmware updates for critical or high priority vulnerabilities. For any software updates required to fix a bug or security issue, we include the engineering labour as part of your maintenance service charges.
