In 2018 we’d had enough. We were fed up with the internet status quo. The quality of customer service made us long for something better.

Unfortunately, we couldn’t find a good enough ISP service, so we decided to create our own.

(And lo, Giganet was born.)

After launching the brand formally in 2020, in September 2023 Giganet became part of Cuckoo Fibre Ltd.  Merging with Swish Fibre, Jurassic Fibre and Cuckoo to create a single ISP new national offering. Together, we are working to disrupt the industry and accelerate the delivery of our fast and fair full fibre offering.

Our aim is simple – to be the best and most trusted ISP in the UK.

And while we know you are probably not as turned on by fibre cables and speed rates as we are, we are here to give you reliable full fibre without the faff.
